July/Branching Out Exhibition

I spent a most enjoyable afternoon "minding" the Exhibition at the Botanical Gardens last week. It was wonderful to see so many beautiful contributions from all the branches. It was busy with visitors who all were genuinely impressed with what they saw. Many expressed a desire to return and have a "really good look". I felt it was a pity that each exhibit was not numbered? It made for a confusing catalogue. This fact was noted by a number of the visitors on my watch. It seemed a pity too, that the exhibitor's name was 'surname first' in the catalogue? These are probably minor points, but details such as this would reflect more accurately the undoubted professionalism of the Society.
